Trim Levels of the 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500

The 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 comes in nine trim levels, perfect for everyday driving, off-road adventures, and everything in between. From the basic Work Truck to the muscular ZR2, there is a perfect Silverado 1500 for you.

WT

The base Work Truck is equipped with a 2.7L TurboMax engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission to push out 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. FWD comes standard, and 4WD is available across the lineup. There is an available 5.3L V8 paired with a 10-speed auto to deliver 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque.

The WT is fitted with 17-inch aluminum wheels. Inside, you will get vinyl seats, a 7-inch touchscreen display, and a 6-speaker audio system. Chevy Safety Assist is also standard.

Custom

Custom is available only with the TurboMax engine. It rides on 20-inch aluminum wheels and has a tailgate with EZ Lift Assist. Cloth seats are standard, and the driver gets a 10-way power adjustable seat. Custom also offers a Trailering Package for easy towing.

LT

Moving up to the LT gives you a choice of three powertrains. Gas options are the TurboMax or 5.3L V8 engine. If you prefer a diesel truck, there is an available 3.0L Duramax Turbo Diesel engine mated with a 10-speed auto. This one pushes out 305 horsepower and 495 lb-ft of torque.

LT upgrades the interior with dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and a large 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster. You also get a massive 13.4-inch infotainment display.

RST

The RST gets the same powertrain options, interior features, and tech as the LT. It comes with standard 18-inch wheels, while 20-inch wheels are available.

Custom Trail Boss

Upgrading the Custom trim, Custom Trail Boss is designed for off-road adventures. Its Z71 suspension with a 2-inch factory lift provides more ground clearance and improves approach and departure angles. It is available in 4WD only, which enhances off-roading capabilities.

LTZ

LTZ gets 20-inch wheels, a power tailgate, and leather-appointed seats. Front seats are heated and ventilated, with 10-way power adjustability. LTZ has LT’s tech features, but upgrades to a 7-speaker Bose premium audio system.

LT Trail Boss

LT Trail Boss upgrades the LT with off-road features. It is equipped with a 4WD drivetrain and a Z71 suspension. Inside, it carries over LT’s comfort features and technology.

High Country

High Country brings together all the premium comfort and tech features in lower trims. It is equipped with 20-inch wheels, and the interior has leather upholstery. It also adds heated rear seats and wireless charging to the array of premium features.

ZR2

The ZR2 is built with impressive heavy-duty trailering and off-roading capabilities for adventure enthusiasts. It comes with either the 3.0L diesel engine or a 6.2L V8 with an incredible output of 420 horsepower. ZR2 features a 4WD system and a special ZR2 high-performance suspension. It boasts 11.22 inches of ground clearance and can tow up to 8,900 pounds.
